I am a third-year PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at the University of Genova, specializing in urban and spatial economics with a particular emphasis on housing markets. My academic trajectory includes an MRes in Economics from the University of Bath and an MA in Economics from Banaras Hindu University, which provided a strong foundation in quantitative methods and econometric analysis. Professionally, I have contributed to significant policy-oriented research projects, including housing microfinance, community disaster resilience, and financial services evaluations, collaborating with organizations such as the World Bank and Habitat for Humanity. My current research investigates the intersection of housing dynamics and spatial dependencies, employing spatial panel models to explore how regulatory and geographical factors shape house prices.
