My research interests lie in microeconomics, with a particular focus on industrial organization and competition policy, from both theoretical and empirical perspectives. I am also interested in policy evaluation methods, such as the difference-in-differences approach, which I apply in the first chapter of my PhD thesis.

I currently serve as a teaching assistant for the Microeconomics course within the Bachelor’s programs in Economics.

My PhD scholarship is partially funded by the Liguria Region, as at least one chapter of my thesis is developed in collaboration with Liguria Ricerche and addresses an economic issue of regional relevance.
